Can I use a third party escrow service?

Yes. You can use any escrow service you want. You are not required to use Broker.xxx as your escrow provider.

However, nearly all property sales through our brokerage use our escrow service because it is FREE with no additional costs added. Any external escrow service will charge you an additional fee to use them. Seller and Buyer are responsible for any outside escrow fees.
